Business Partnership Manager

Kemper is seeking a Business Partnership Manager to coordinate new business initiatives and expand market share for Kemper and brokered products programs across multiple states and lines of businesses.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a strong preference for direct experience in high premium agency operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining a preferred carrier list, leading research and analysis projects, evaluating financial feasibility of new products and markets, and driving ongoing analysis of the P&C insurance industry.
The Business Partnership Manager will also be responsible for monitoring brokered carrier wins/losses, providing leadership monthly reporting, and coordinating with the marketing team on channel focus and performance.
This is an onsite position with occasional work from home opportunities out of our McAllen, TX or Chicago, IL office.
