Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively present and promote RestoreCore's restoration services within the designated market.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with both new and existing clients across various sectors, including commercial property management, multifamily housing, senior living, healthcare, hospitality, government, and education.
  • Engage with potential and current clients, from on-site personnel to executive leadership, at diverse venues and events.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings.
  • Actively involve yourself in industry associations and networking groups.
  • Organize client training sessions and other opportunities to position RestoreCore as a leader and partner in the industry.
  • Utilize our CRM system to document client interactions, manage sales opportunities, and forecast client needs using our established sales methodology.
  • Collaborate closely with the RestoreCore production team to ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and uncover new business prospects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of external sales experience, ideally within the restoration or property management sectors.
  • Established and extensive relationships with commercial clients and/or property management professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the property management, insurance claims, and restoration industries.
  • Proven customer service skills in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales objectives effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading a sales team, with a focus on driving results and fostering collaboration.
