Account Sales Manager

Taylor Northeast, a leading provider of material handling equipment and services, is seeking an experienced Account Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our established forklift truck territory and expanding our parts, service, and rental presence in the Allentown, PA market.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute a market strategy to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
- Attain and maintain a strong market position with assigned territory accounts
- Build relationships with customers, sales teams, and operations personnel to drive sales and support growth
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase aftermarket equipment sales and profits
- Effectively communicate with customers, managers, and staff to resolve issues and drive growth
- Strong customer service skills and a results-driven approach
- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines and priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in cold call sales and parts sales is a plus
