Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prospect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicating strategies for meeting customer needs.
- Regularly conduct outside sales activities, including obtaining orders and/or contracts for Clear Channel services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating aspects of the customer's account in coordination with our internal teams.
- Generate media kits and proposals based on the customer's needs, with support from our Marketing team.
- Negotiate fees or services with clients, with management approval.
- Oversee sales from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline reports, accurately forecasting revenue projections.
- Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments to sufficiently service our clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.
- 2-3 years of sales experience; Media/Advertising sales preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of business-to-business sales experience.
- Account Management: Building long-term, value-based relationships with accounts, developing business, and maximizing revenue while reducing time and costs.
- Fostering Communication: Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and effectively getting messages across.
- Initiative: Dealing with situations and issues proactively and persistently, seizing opportunities that arise.
- Managing the Sales Process: Following our sales methodology in applying skills and resources to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiating: Seeking to resolve different perspectives or matters of dispute by discovering shared interests and finding mutually acceptable solutions.
- Networking: Establishing, sustaining, and fostering professional contacts to build, enhance, and connect networks for work purposes.
- Presentation: Preparing and delivering presentations in a variety of formal and informal settings, engaging the audience, and managing logistical components.
- This position primarily involves working in an office environment and in the field, making sales calls, and servicing existing accounts.
- Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
- Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
- Able to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events.
- Has a valid driver's license.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
