Job Summary: Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term advertising relationships with our clients. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop and present comprehensive proposals and competitive pricing structures to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prospect and develop new customer relationships, persuasively communicating strategies for meeting customer needs.
  • Regularly conduct outside sales activities, including obtaining orders and/or contracts for Clear Channel services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by facilitating aspects of the customer's account in coordination with our internal teams.
  • Generate media kits and proposals based on the customer's needs, with support from our Marketing team.
  • Negotiate fees or services with clients, with management approval.
  • Oversee sales from start to finish and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain sales pipeline reports, accurately forecasting revenue projections.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments to sufficiently service our clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience required.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience; Media/Advertising sales preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of business-to-business sales experience.

  • Networking: Establishing, sustaining, and fostering professional contacts to build, enhance, and connect networks for work purposes.
  • Presentation: Preparing and delivering presentations in a variety of formal and informal settings, engaging the audience, and managing logistical components.
Physical Demands:
  • This position primarily involves working in an office environment and in the field, making sales calls, and servicing existing accounts.
  • Employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds.
  • Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus.
Other Requirements:
  • Able to travel outside of the office at least 50% of the time for meetings and industry events.
  • Has a valid driver's license.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle.
