Property Summary:


Point West Resort, established in 2006, has quickly become a cherished destination. Spanning 1000 acres, this property is a haven for visitors, families, and weekenders alike.

The community offers a variety of accommodations, from cottages to custom homes, all with beach access and ocean views.



Community Amenities:

The Beach Club features an infinity pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, fitness center, game room, and a restaurant, ensuring fun for all ages. The office is conveniently located here for amenity wristband purchases.

Our Sunset Pool, with its lazy river and fire pit, provides a relaxing environment for families to enjoy.


Beach Access:
Enjoy over a mile of pristine, vehicle-free beach, meticulously maintained for your comfort.

Responsibilities:
The General Manager / Executive Director (GM/ED) acts as the Chief Operating Officer of the Homeowners Association.

This role encompasses the overall management of daily operations, including interactions with the Board of Directors, members, guests, and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with community policies and procedures as set by the Board.
  • Developing and approving operational policies and regulations.
  • Overseeing department managers and their activities.
  • Leading the creation of annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Engaging with members to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Collaborating with the Board on strategic planning.

Secondary Duties:
  • Evaluating committee activities.
  • Ensuring adherence to purchasing policies.
  • Providing guidance to management staff.
  • Supporting internal controls and operational philosophies.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of five years of experience in Homeowners Association management, preferably in an onsite capacity.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Experience managing a team of 7 to 10 individuals.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • CMCA certification is required; AMS and PCAM certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in financial statement analysis.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with education and experience.
