Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive occupancy rates by executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, actively leasing apartments, and ensuring the community maintains excellent curb appeal and readiness of units.
  • Foster a welcoming environment for residents by developing and sustaining positive relationships through cost-effective community events and effective communication.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and pursue outstanding payments diligently.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents, team members, and service providers.

  • Build and mentor a team of dedicated, sales-focused individuals committed to resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee the administration of property operations, including reporting and month-end responsibilities.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including processing invoices, coordinating services, and obtaining bids.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of all leases, updates, service requests, and contract files.
  • Enhance resident retention through effective lease renewal strategies, achieving increased rental rates.

Qualifications:

  • A strong background in multifamily property management is essential, with lease-up experience highly valued.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing multiple direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes while embodying and promoting core values.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statements and income analysis.
  • Proven track record of leadership in change management and on-site project oversight.
  • A sense of empowerment and accountability, with a focus on achieving goals and enhancing team performance.
  • Familiarity with RealPage and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
