Qualifications:

  • A robust background in multifamily property management is essential, with lease-up experience being highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing multiple direct reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes while upholding core values.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, particularly with financial statements.
  • Proven leadership experience and responsibility for on-site project management.
  • A proactive approach to accountability and goal achievement.
  • Familiarity with RealPage and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
