Key Responsibilities:
- Drive occupancy rates by implementing effective marketing strategies, conducting apartment showings, and ensuring the property maintains excellent curb appeal.

- Ensure timely rent collection and actively manage delinquency issues.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in multifamily property management, with a focus on lease-up projects preferred.
- Experience managing multiple direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve positive outcomes while upholding core company values.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in analyzing financial statements and income reports.
- Proven track record in leading change and managing on-site projects.
