Responsibilities include managing specific departmental processes while adhering to established guidelines and performing job-related tasks.

Compliance with company policies and procedures is essential to meet quality standards, deadlines, and complete assigned tasks.

Additional duties may be assigned by the leadership team.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Undertake projects as directed.

Offer confidential administrative support to executive schedules and calendars.

Coordinate travel arrangements for both domestic and international trips as needed.

Organize meeting logistics for various teams.

Facilitate event planning logistics for both small and large gatherings, on-site and off-site.

Manage inventory and ordering of breakroom supplies, facilities, and general lab consumables.

Handle shipping requests and back-office tasks as required.

Assist with on-site receiving activities.

Support vendor management, including performance audits and discrepancy follow-ups.

Process check requests and purchase orders.

Coordinate hotel bookings, meeting spaces, and food/beverage arrangements for general support.

Responsible for user testing coordination and logistics.

Oversee vendor screening processes.

Act as a liaison to facilities management.

Manage orders for gifts and flowers for significant life events.

Participate as a member of the Engagement Committee.

Contribute as a member of the Safety Committee.
