Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Associate. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the customer journey as the first point of contact, setting expectations and delivering a quality customer experience.
- Schedule, screen, and confirm new appointments through inbound and outbound calling.
- Provide customer resolution to any concerns or questions.
- Communicate relevant customer information to the Hearing Care Professional.
- Collect and record customer payments.
- Maintain the customer database by updating office records.
- Inform customers about hearing care accessory options.
- Handle walk-ins and after-care for existing customers.
- Participate in marketing and social media initiatives to help run office promotions.

Requirements:- Administrative, front office, or patient care coordinator background.
- Experience in a direct customer support role.
- Inbound/outbound calling.
- Appointment scheduling and quality phone etiquette.
- Adaptable and detail-oriented, with an outgoing, positive demeanor.
- Computer literacy, ability to accurately document and file records.
- Pay: $16-$19/hour + monthly bonus opportunity.
- Hours: M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm.
