Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in guiding projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. This position requires effective collaboration with team members and external partners, establishing project goals, and upholding quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager will report directly to the Team Leader and contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate project timelines and forecasts
  • Oversee project orders from initiation to warranty commencement
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Procurement Specialists for manufacturing needs
  • Maintain comprehensive project status updates and manage change orders
  • Administer project budgets and present performance analytics
  • Lead project planning and execution with guidance from the Team Leader
  • Outline project scope, milestones, and deliverables
  • Clearly communicate project expectations to all stakeholders
  • Identify and address project challenges and dependencies
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to project team members
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables
  • Prepare progress reports, proposals, and documentation of requirements
  • Guide and mentor project team members
  • Establish and nurture business relationships essential for project success
  • Evaluate completed projects and compile recommendations
  • Develop best practices for effective project execution
  • Prepare and submit quarterly project status reports

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  1. SUPERVISORY ROLE

This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities, but oversight of projects is essential.

  1. WORK ENVIRONMENT

The role primarily involves office-based tasks, with occasional exposure to warehouse or field environments.

  1. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The position may require standing, walking, lifting, and travel to various job sites.

  1. EMPLOYMENT TYPE AND HOURS

This is a full-time role with a standard Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM schedule.

  1. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Travel may be necessary for addressing technical issues, visiting clients, or attending training sessions.

  1. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management software
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
