Job Description

Job Summary:

The Aviation Maintenance Recruiter will play a critical role in maintaining a high level of staffing for our Maintenance team. This position will also focus on employee engagement and retention, as well as upholding company core values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruitment of Aviation Maintenance Technicians, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer acceptance.
  • Represent Mountain Air Cargo at industry recruiting functions, events, and seminars, promoting company culture and reputation.
  • Recruit candidates through various sources, including career site postings, company website, social media platforms, networking, and outreach.
  • Stay up-to-date on aviation industry trends and competitors.
  • Analyze resumes to select the best candidates and assess potential applicants for their relevant knowledge, experience, training, skills, aptitudes, soft skills, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate strategic communications campaigns to further organizational culture and goals, as well as recruiting efforts.
  • Assist with Recruiting Department Marketing and Media initiatives.
  • Participate in social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics.
  • Monitor company website and social media pages, addressing client inquiries.
  • Track ROI's to measure performance of each marketing or recruiting strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of professional experience in Aviation Maintenance Recruitment or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
  • Experience working in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, highly regulated, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously performing multiple projects with different deadlines.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills.

Special Position Requirements:

Up to 30% Travel

Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays when work demand dictates.
