Job Overview

First Corporate Solutions Inc is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and drives revenue growth.
  • Lead and Manage Sales Team: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Leadership Team: Collaborate closely with the CEO and management team to contribute strategic insights and support overall company objectives.
  • Analyze Sales Metrics and KPIs: Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
  • Create Incentive Plan: Create an incentive plan that is aligned with the company's corporate and sales strategy.
  • Hands-on Approach: Take a hands-on approach with sales activities to ensure buy-in from the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree required, business-related field preferred.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of outside sales and sales management experience with selling transactional services and online applications to the financial and legal verticals.
  • Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and providing strategic vision as part of executive leadership.
