Operations & Licensing Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-lead daily mail and email processing, ensuring timely and efficient distribution
  • Provide exceptional customer service by covering receptionist duties, managing phones, and greeting guests
  • Assist with bank deposit duties and support document formatting in PowerPoint
  • Collaborate with building management to address security and facilities maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked kitchen and conference rooms
  • Coordinate welcome packages and operational setup for new teammates
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training
  • Proficient with Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, and Office365
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Basic understanding of insurance and business terminology
