Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Sunnyside Operations LLC. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of supplies and equipment, coordinating transportation, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure that all supplies are properly stored and organized.
  • Transportation Coordination: Coordinate transportation for pick up and return of patients, update transportation calendars, and ensure that all transportation needs are met.
  • Supply Chain Support: Assist with orders and distribution of equipment needed for various departments, maintain inventory records, and ensure that all supplies are properly documented and stored.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, reports, and purchasing requisitions, and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
  • Vendor Management: Manage open orders, backorders, and other vendor-related issues, and ensure that all vendors are properly communicated with.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in inventory management software.
