Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to oversee substance use disorder treatment services for adults in custody.
- Act as a liaison between Contract Service Providers and the agency, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Support Treatment Administration in program oversight and development, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Coordinate program audits and reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in addiction treatment, contributing to program enhancements and innovations.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as business administration, public policy, or social sciences.
- Two years of professional-level analytical and planning experience, preferably in a government or healthcare setting.
- Valid Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor 1 (CADC-I) certification from a recognized accrediting body.
- Familiarity with the chronic disease approach to substance use disorder treatment, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
- Experience in professional writing and report development, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collect and interpret data for process evaluation, driving data-driven decision making.
- Credentials as a Qualified Mental Health Associate or Professional, with a strong understanding of mental health principles and practices.
- Certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor 2 or higher, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
