About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by acquiring new Pacaso owners. You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through a combination of inbound leads, follow-up outreach, and outbound cold calling. Your strong communication skills will enable you to engage with potential buyers through a consultative sales approach, highlighting the value proposition of Pacaso ownership.
Responsibilities- Prospect Generation & Pipeline Management:
- Utilize sales tools like a CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to identify and qualify potential buyers nationwide and power dialer (Dialpad) to accelerate connections.
- Implement a strategic outbound calling strategy, incorporating cold calling to exceed 80 cold calls per day in our fast-paced tech startup environment.
- Cultivate leads through consistent follow-up and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, balancing new lead acquisition with existing lead nurturing efforts.
- 2+ years of experience in business development with a proven ability to build relationships and generate leads in a consumer-facing environment.
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Experience working with or similar CRM systems.
- You're achievement driven, competitive, with high ethical values and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize and be organized with time management.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a virtual environment.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with internal and external awareness.
- BA or college degree preferred.
- Total comp $75-90k OTE with equity.
