Overview:

This program is designed for students and early professionals, providing a structured 16-week development experience aimed at accelerating your career through either a full-time rotational internship or a direct entry into a full-time role at AMEND. You will collaborate closely with Partners, Project Leaders, and business executives to achieve project objectives and deliver impactful solutions for our clients. This client-facing position involves addressing real-world challenges and engaging in business strategy while leveraging your technical expertise to create innovative solutions. You will be part of a highly skilled team, including experts in Technology, Systems, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and emerging technologies.

AMEND fosters an environment of rapid growth, equipping Analysts with the necessary tools for personal and professional development. As a fully billable consultant in this intensive program, you will engage in weekly training sessions covering all focus areas at AMEND, develop a personalized growth plan, and receive mentorship from industry experts. This program also allows you to explore various specialties to discover your true passions. Many alumni have chosen to continue their careers at AMEND, while others have successfully transitioned to their ideal roles through connections made during their time with us.

We offer three program rotations annually and are consistently seeking new talent to enhance our team.

Summary of Essential Job Functions:

Analysts may engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Gathering and defining user requirements for tools and solutions
  • Analyzing processes to identify inefficiencies
  • Evaluating systems and their capabilities against user and process needs
  • Conducting root cause analysis and utilizing data for informed conclusions
  • Creating data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
  • Developing predictive models
  • Loading and cleansing data, manipulating structures, and connecting data tables as necessary
  • Building proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, R, Python, and SQL
  • Applying statistical findings to business contexts with actionable insights
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for client reports
  • Traveling as required to meet client needs
