Overview:
This is a 16-week development initiative designed for students and early professionals, aimed at accelerating your career through either a full-time rotational internship or the beginning of your full-time career at AMEND. You will collaborate directly with Partners, Project Leaders, and business executives to achieve project objectives and deliver effective solutions for clients. This client-facing role involves addressing real challenges and engaging with business strategy while leveraging your technical expertise to design innovative solutions. You will be part of a team of exceptional talent, including experts in Technology, Systems, Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and emerging technologies.
AMEND fosters an environment of significant growth, and the Analyst Program equips you with the necessary tools for personal and professional development as part of our team. While functioning as a fully billable consultant in this rigorous program, you will participate in weekly training sessions covering all areas of focus at AMEND, create a personalized development plan, and receive mentorship from industry experts. This program offers a fantastic opportunity to explore various specialties and discover your true passions. Many alumni of this program have chosen to remain at AMEND, while others have found their ideal careers through connections made during their time with us.
We offer three program rotations each year and are consistently seeking new talent to enhance our team.
Summary of Essential Job Functions:
Analysts may engage in a variety of activities, and we seek team members with experience in these areas or a willingness to learn:
- Gather and define user requirements for tools and solutions.
- Analyze processes and identify gaps.
- Assess systems and their capabilities against user and process requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and utilize data to draw conclusions.
- Develop data visualizations to facilitate data-driven decision-making for clients.
- Create predictive models.
- Load and clean data, manipulating structures and connecting data tables as necessary.
- Build skills in tools such as Power BI, Excel, R, Python, and SQL.
- Apply statistical results to business contexts with clear actionable outcomes.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client reporting.
- Travel as required to meet client needs.
