Position Overview:
We are looking for a Full-Time Client Account Coordinator to enhance the sales initiatives of our Services Division. As a growing enterprise in the energy efficiency and renewable energy sector, our mission is to drive sales that contribute to sustainable building practices. The ideal candidate will establish a robust foundation to facilitate this growth. This role will report directly to the Associate Director of Sales and indirectly to the Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, both internally and externally, by anticipating needs and maintaining professional communication.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying potential clients and qualifying leads for our service offerings.
  • Manage and update client records and leads through our CRM system.
  • Analyze mechanical plans to prepare estimates and sales proposals for clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, documenting communications and referring complex issues to the Business Development Managers.
  • Draft written correspondence and conduct phone communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee the order management process, transforming construction schedules and requests into sales orders.
  • Support the National Account Team in organizing the weekly technician service schedule.
  • Prioritize and manage various tasks from multiple new business clients.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager in transitioning new accounts to the National Account Team.
  • Execute project management tasks for new business opportunities, including contract reviews, vendor setups, scheduling, and project closures.
  • Process invoices, review contracts, and maintain internal documentation.
  • Continuously seek process improvements by identifying and implementing efficiencies.
  • Provide administrative support to the National Account Team as needed, including order entry and quoting.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or one to two years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience. Preferred fields include Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Communications, or Engineering/Industrial Technologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up abilities.
  • Proficient in multitasking and resolving conflicts in a calm manner.
  • High integrity and commitment to delivering quality work.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) on Windows 10.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
  • Ability to understand and interpret mechanical plans and construction documents (training will be provided).
  • Strong sales and customer service skills, including interpersonal communication, public speaking, and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from various stakeholders.
