Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of concession managers and staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Financial Management: Manage concession budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all concession areas meet high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Guest Service: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in concessions management, hospitality, or a related field.
