Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Data-Driven Marketing Strategies
- Partner with key business stakeholders to design and implement effective targeting and segmentation strategies that maximize ROI in various marketing channels.
- Design and build processes to execute and automate campaign strategies, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
- Lead Data Analysis and Insights
- Create data mining architectures, statistical reporting, and data analysis methodologies to identify trends in large data sets and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Capture and mine data to identify customers most likely to respond to various direct marketing messages, and perform statistical analysis to generate lists of customers for targeted direct marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with IT and Adobe DBAs to integrate and test new data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing disruptions to our operations.
- Use data management tools to standardize customer contact information, improve delivery rates, and enhance campaign performance and analysis opportunities.
- Enhance Business Processes and Procedures
- Update and enhance business procedures manual to reflect best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Enhance existing campaign management business processes to support efficient campaign management and marketing using ever-developing best practices.
- Other Responsibilities
- Liaison with digital marketing and agency partners to ensure alignment with our marketing strategies and goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of our marketing department.
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Statistics, Economics, or Math; or BS degree in other field in combination with additional experience; equivalent education, experience, and certifications will be considered.
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience working with relational data.
- 2+ years of direct marketing experience.
- 3+ years of experience programming in SQL.
- SQL MCTS Certifications preferred.
- Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of 2016 Microsoft Office Suite.
