Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team at Wellist. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by expanding our footprint within the employer market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and build sales leads by researching potential clients, identifying key decision-makers, and securing meetings for the sales team.
  • Contribute directly to the success and scalability of Wellist's mission to improve employee well-being.
  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to engage decision-makers.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records in Wellist's CRM database (HubSpot).
  • Track, analyze, and report the results of business development activities, recommending process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in a B2B market.
  • Proven success in identifying leads and setting up meetings with senior executives (e.g., CHROs, Total Rewards Executives).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English is required.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
