Business Development Representative

- Develop and execute market activation strategies to achieve new business quotas.
- Manage client relationships within a designated sales territory.
- Conduct sales meetings with current and prospective clients to educate their sales teams on BOX wholesale programs and capabilities.
- Autonomously manage key sales-driving activities such as customer proposals, account sales analysis, and business reviews.
- Achieve or exceed defined sales and profit targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of related sales experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Driven, competitive, and able to manage time efficiently.
