The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings with senior executives and decision-makers to discuss business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Provide market research and analysis to support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business growth strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction and development industry.
  • Knowledge of business development strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
