About the Role

BBSI Fresno is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing guidance and support to our business-owner clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic human capital management guidance to clients, including employment law compliance, employee relations, organizational development, and workers' compensation administration.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct needs assessments and develop solutions to address organizational challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive expert guidance.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in hands-on and strategic HR management, with a focus on business partnerships and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate complex HR concepts to non-HR stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Advanced degree in HR or a related field, with certifications such as SPHR or PHR.
