Job Summary:

As the HR Director at Stardom Employment Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and driving strategic HR initiatives. Your focus will be on fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Create and execute HR plans that align with the company's overall business strategy, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, ensuring the right skills and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resolving conflicts and ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development plans.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, implementing best practices in HR policies and procedures.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational development efforts, including succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable offerings.
  • Strategic Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse and innovative workforce.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Master's degree or HR certification SHRM-SCP, SPHR is a plus.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in human resources management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinking with the ability to execute HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Culture: A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
