Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Substance Use Recovery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Regional Partnership Program, you will work closely with DCF Family Services and provide critical support to caregivers affected by substance use. Your expertise in case management, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in helping us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct substance use screenings and assessments
  • Coordinate referrals to treatment services
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with clients and stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
  • Experience working with families, multidisciplinary teams, and knowledge of community resources
  • Strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities
