Outpatient Mental Health Specialist

United Counseling Services is seeking a skilled Outpatient Clinician to join our team in Bennington, VT. This role provides a wide range of clinical services to mental health and substance use clients, including case management, consultation, and education services.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field and be licensed or eligible for licensure in Vermont. A minimum of one year of experience in the mental health field is preferred.
This position offers a competitive salary of $49,500 - $54,900 per year, depending on experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment and counseling services to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance use problems
- Coordinate services with other agencies and providers
- Facilitate referrals for other services when necessary
- Provide specialized assessment/screening services based on professional concentration and training
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
