We are looking for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team in Bennington, VT. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will provide a variety of clinical services to mental health and substance use clients, including case management, consultation, and education services.

You will work under the direction of the Northshire Assistant Director and be responsible for providing assessment and counseling services to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance use problems. You will also coordinate services with other agencies and providers and facilitate referrals for other services when necessary.

This position offers a competitive salary of $49,500 - $54,900 per year, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide assessment and counseling services to individuals and families with mental health and/or substance use problems
  2. Coordinate services with other agencies and providers
  3. Facilitate referrals for other services when necessary
  4. Provide specialized assessment/screening services based on professional concentration and training

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Vermont
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the mental health field
