Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Olgoonik Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office procedures and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to the Registrar's office
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of FASTC courses and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Assist with data entry and management of student enrollments and confirmations
  • Prepare and distribute course certificates and other documents
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an office environment
  • Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and software
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Working Conditions

This is an office-based position with no travel requirements.

Security Clearance

A SECRET security clearance is required for this position.
