Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Olgoonik Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities- Manage office procedures and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate administrative tasks and provide support to the Registrar's office
- Develop and maintain knowledge of FASTC courses and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
- Assist with data entry and management of student enrollments and confirmations
- Prepare and distribute course certificates and other documents
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of three years of experience in an office environment
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures and software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
This is an office-based position with no travel requirements.
Security ClearanceA SECRET security clearance is required for this position.
