Director of Fundraising

Creshendo is a nonprofit organization seeking a dedicated and proactive Director of Fundraising to lead our fundraising efforts and secure financial resources to support our mission of empowering displaced populations.
In this role, you will work closely with the founder, board members, and the fundraising team to develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies, build strong relationships with donors, and drive revenue growth for our programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure financial resources for our mission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, and stakeholders to foster ongoing support.
- Create and oversee fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the board and team to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Engage with donors through various communication channels to foster ongoing support and relationships.
- Maintain accurate records in donor databases and track progress towards fundraising goals.
- Explore new fundraising opportunities and innovative ideas to expand revenue streams and enhance our fundraising efforts.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development, preferably in a nonprofit or startup environment.
- Proven success in securing funds for organizations or projects, with a strong track record of achievement.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and lead fundraising initiatives.
- Passion for Creshendo's mission and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of displaced populations.
- Commitment to 510 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and the ability to work remotely.
