Business Account Executive Opportunity

Mediacom Communications Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for business data, phone, and video services
  • Develop and deliver customized sales presentations to showcase Mediacom's business solutions
  • Manage and maintain customer relationships through regular communication and account management
  • Prospect and acquire new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, canvassing, and customer referrals
  • Prepare and present proposals to new business prospects
  • Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, accounts, and sales activities
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
