Job Summary

Nelson is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of sales and business development experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
