Job Description

WS Development is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join their team at Montgomery Village. As a key member of the community, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to drive traffic to the property and its tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans to maximize the marketing budget and drive traffic to the property and its tenants.
  • Review and analyze center sales and traffic trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute multiple events per month, from conception to execution.
  • Oversee public relations for the property, including composing press releases and distributing press materials to the media.
  • Maintain and manage website presence, email list, and social channels, with a focus on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Inform retail partners of marketing activities and support requests for on/off-site programming/activation.
  • Execute paid media programs, including digital, OOH, and print channels, as well as sponsorship efforts.
  • Manage local production and use of on/off-site collateral material and distribution.
  • Partner with the GM to identify/create revenue-generating opportunities to achieve the financial goals of the property.
  • Prepare, review, and understand marketing budget, financial, and various related reports.

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Marketing/Business Administration or similar field and at least 5 years of experience in marketing, event planning, social media planning, public relations, marketing, and media relations.
  • Excellent oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
  • Proficiency in marketing-based tools (i.e. Iconosquare, Canva, Constant Contact, Sweet IQ, Wordpress).
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
