Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at NELSON. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and client retention in your assigned geographical region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and business performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and client retention.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
What We Offer

NELSON offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $85,000 plus commission, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
