Join Our Team as a Relationship Manager

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Bicentennial office team. This is a full-time position that requires both office-based and off-site visits to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee an existing loan portfolio and grow it organically
  • Evaluate and authorize or recommend approval of customer applications for business lines of credit, term loans, equipment acquisition facilities, construction and commercial real estate loans
  • Work with Business Development officers to structure proposals to applicants and collaborate with the Special Assets Division (SAD) Manager on problem loans as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of Commercial Lending experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
