About the Position

The Business Developer/Account Manager position at BraveView, Inc. is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of sales, customer service, and technical skills. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Sell new maintenance contracts within predetermined scope and profit margins.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships through regular site visits and analysis.
  • Be the primary point of contact for customer calls, complaints, and other service needs.
  • Manage site quality through site walk-throughs and analysis with clients.

**Requirements**
A minimum of two-four years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the landscape maintenance industry. A degree in landscape horticulture or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of standard landscape horticultural practices, basic understanding of hardscape and irrigation concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Basic Spanish language skills are a plus. The salary for this position is estimated to be $75,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
