Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and tactics.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales and account management experience in the car wash industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Salary Estimate:
$75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
