Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Developer/Account Manager to join our team at BraveView, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling new maintenance contracts, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase renewal rates and upsell opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintain site quality.

**Requirements**
A minimum of two-four years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the landscape maintenance industry. A degree in landscape horticulture or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of standard landscape horticultural practices, basic understanding of hardscape and irrigation concepts, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. Basic Spanish language skills are a plus. The salary for this position is estimated to be $75,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
