Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic Fundraising Events Team as a Fundraising Events Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and executing community-based outreach events, practicing and delivering campaign pitches, and gaining insight into the programs and services of our partnered organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement community outreach strategies to engage with diverse organizations and individuals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute fundraising events
  • Deliver campaign pitches and presentations to various audiences
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and organization representatives
  • Monitor and report on community outreach initiatives and event outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or non-profit management
  • 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, event planning, or community outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software
