Position Overview:

The Marketing Events Strategist will take charge of planning, executing, and managing a variety of company-wide events, including tradeshows, customer hospitality events, user groups, and workshops. Additionally, this role will oversee the launch and management of marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences and impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a range of company-wide events, including tradeshows, customer hospitality events, user groups, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective management of all event logistics.
  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Create marketing materials for events, including invitations, programs, signage, and promotional items.
  • Manage event registration processes, including attendee lists and event communications.
  • Coordinate on-site event activities, including setup, teardown, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Evaluate event success through attendee feedback and performance metrics, providing post-event reports and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels, including social media, email, search engines, print, events, sponsorships, and promotions.
  • Work with design and content teams to create and launch engaging and targeted content for campaigns, including ad copy, emails, social media posts, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to enhance and optimize future initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as media agencies and vendors, to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to maintain competitive and effective marketing efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event planning and marketing campaign execution.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale events and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
