Position Summary:

The B2B Event Operations Manager will work closely with the Director of Brand Marketing. The primary focus of this role is to oversee the logistics and execution of company-sponsored conferences and trade shows. You will serve as the main liaison for all event-related activities, ensuring that all requirements and specifications are met with precision. This position offers an opportunity to leverage your creativity in designing and implementing targeted programs that enhance brand visibility at industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

As the B2B Event Operations Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
  • Identifying, scheduling, and managing all conferences and events.
  • Taking full ownership of the planning and execution processes for each event.
  • Coordinating internal resources, external vendors, and all logistical details with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handling day-to-day administration of events, including sponsorship management, vendor coordination, attendee facilitation, and registration oversight.
  • Managing event registrations, invoicing, payment schedules, and maintaining the events calendar.
  • Overseeing the management of company trade show materials, including booth displays and promotional items, ensuring proper inventory and logistics.
  • Additional tasks may involve organizing event timelines, vendor management, session tracking, and ensuring successful sponsorship fulfillment.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management.
  • Proven expertise in all facets of event coordination.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on follow-through.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with event stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and maintaining clear communication with marketing and sales teams.
  • A proactive approach to ownership and results delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
