Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist II to enhance our operations at Cox Automotive's Mobility Fleet Services. In this position, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service, ensuring we consistently meet and surpass customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
As the primary contact for customer inquiries, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Handling a high volume of incoming calls.
- Delivering exceptional customer service for all calls.
- Initiating new transactions related to preventative maintenance and service requests.
- Assigning service requests to the appropriate market for dispatch.
- Coordinating towing services when necessary.
- Scheduling external vendors for emergency breakdowns.
- Continuously enhancing and improving dispatch capabilities.
You are passionate about assisting others and brightening their day. Additionally, you possess:
- A high school diploma or GED with 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- A valid driver's license.
Drug Testing Policy
To be considered for this role, candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test. While Cox Automotive does not currently test for marijuana for this position, we maintain a drug-free workplace. The possession, use, or being under the influence of illegal drugs during work hours is strictly prohibited.
Employee Benefits
Employees are entitled to a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off each month, along with seven paid holidays annually. Additional paid time off may be available for bereavement, jury duty, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
