This role is primarily focused on delivering exceptional customer support to both internal and external stakeholders, including Residential Warranty Services Account Managers, clients, and customers. The ideal candidate will leverage comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and collaborate effectively with team members within the Warranty Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  2. Execute fundamental customer service tasks efficiently.
  3. Perform data entry with accuracy.
  4. Process home warranty orders through various channels, including phone and online systems.
  5. Manage claims from policyholders and coordinate with contractors or service providers.
  6. Compile and distribute new warranty packets to customers as necessary.
  7. Conduct general administrative duties, including clerical tasks such as photocopying and mailing.
  8. Prepare documents, maintain databases, and manage spreadsheets.
  9. Support the maintenance of both electronic and physical filing systems.
  10. Provide insights to the company regarding service issues or customer feedback.
  11. Ensure timely communication of order status and updates to customers.
  12. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
