Role Responsibilities:

As a Client Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our firm, assisting individuals facing property loss due to condemnation. Your role will involve answering calls, chats, and emails with empathy and professionalism.

Daily Activities:

This role is primarily client-facing, handling inquiries on various eminent domain issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, sales communication, or real estate transactions. Key skills include:

  • Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
  • Gathering information from potential clients and scheduling consultations with attorneys.
  • Assisting attorneys in evaluating potential cases by pulling public documents.
  • Facilitating the client onboarding process, including answering questions and explaining the benefits of our representation.
  • Drafting and sending necessary documentation and following up on outstanding items.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Background in sales or client communication preferred.
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient with technology and eager to learn new software.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining focus on client interactions.
  • Committed to providing top-tier service to clients.
  • Willingness to work in the office initially, transitioning to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
  • Knowledge of real estate is advantageous.
