Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete order management cycle for designated partners, including order processing, problem resolution, shipping coordination, and invoicing.
- Proactively identify and eliminate barriers that may hinder customer satisfaction while adhering to established protocols.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Manage order-to-cash activities, including expediting orders, handling returns, monitoring back orders, and managing consignment processes.
- Execute the Customer Non-Conformance process, including thorough investigations and reporting.
- Address inquiries regarding material availability and price discrepancies.
- Contribute to supply chain initiatives aimed at reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) through collaboration with sales and product management.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality service while acting as a liaison between customers and external service providers.
- Understand and enforce business rules, raising awareness of situations requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage complex projects and timelines, ensuring clear deliverables, deadlines, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process, invoicing, and reconciliation is essential.
- Experience with SAP order-to-cash modules is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and propose solutions to moderately complex challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction.
