Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete order management cycle for designated partners, including order processing, problem resolution, shipping coordination, and invoicing.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage order-to-cash activities, including expediting orders, handling returns, monitoring back orders, and managing consignment processes.
  • Execute the Customer Non-Conformance process, including thorough investigations and reporting.
  • Address inquiries regarding material availability and price discrepancies.
  • Contribute to supply chain initiatives aimed at reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) through collaboration with sales and product management.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service while acting as a liaison between customers and external service providers.
  • Understand and enforce business rules, raising awareness of situations requiring cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage complex projects and timelines, ensuring clear deliverables, deadlines, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.
  • Strong understanding of the order-to-cash process, invoicing, and reconciliation is essential.
  • Experience with SAP order-to-cash modules is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and propose solutions to moderately complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction.
