Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $22.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a diverse range of requests, inquiries, and transactions through various communication channels including phone, email, fax, and mail.
2. Assess requests for accuracy and completeness.
3. Provide support to both internal and external clients via phone or email.
4. Document all relevant information related to inquiries, attaching necessary supporting documents, and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for follow-up.
5. Collect and analyze data to offer insights to Team Leads regarding employee training needs and specific providers that may require education on prior authorization or pre-certification processes.
6. Screen inquiries to ascertain if authorization is necessary.
7. Confirm member benefits and eligibility, as well as provider setup.
8. Maintain and update Service Requests, investigating any incorrect or missing information.
9. Efficiently triage and assign incoming inquiries to the appropriate staff throughout the day.
10. Conduct monthly Peer Audits as required.
11. Communicate clinical review outcomes to members and providers through both verbal and written formats.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields.
