YOUR ROLE

Purpose Statement: Business Analysts are essential in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting clients in implementing technological solutions efficiently, identifying project or program requirements, clearly communicating these to stakeholders and development teams, and aiding end users in testing and deploying solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather high-level requirements and needs, translating them into well-documented business specifications. Assist in prioritization efforts by providing cost and effort estimations. Manage the prioritization of demands to align them with a process-oriented functionality roadmap.
  • Act as a global team member within the overall application delivery framework. Represent clients by working closely with all IT teams (e.g., Infrastructure, Development, Support) to ensure business requirements are comprehended and that solutions meet expectations.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of business processes and systems for assigned customer segments, serving as a liaison between IT, product teams, and the customer.
  • Oversee and successfully execute high-complexity projects, occasionally guiding the direction of others. Support the onboarding of new Business Analysts. Consider enterprise-wide solutions and their implications.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • CBAP certification is preferred or expected during the role.
  • Agile and Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key responsibilities may be considered.
  • Experience in computing systems or IT support is highly desirable.

Work Environment:

  • Professional office setting with appropriate lighting, comfortable temperatures, and minimal noise. May involve extended periods of sitting at a desk, utilizing a computer, and engaging with other office equipment. Emphasis on maintaining good posture and ergonomic workplace arrangements.
