- Strategic Staffing: Develop and implement strategic staffing plans for regional DC locations, including succession planning.
- HR Services: Provide general HR services for employees and management, including counseling and advising on company policies and procedures.
- Policy Enforcement: Maintain, implement, and enforce all HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Education: Associate's degree in Human Resources or equivalent years of experience in a human resources role.
- Certifications: PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred.
- Travel: Ability to travel as necessary for new location startup, with locations anywhere in the US.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Human Resources best practices and legal requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
